God’s providence and history have contributed to the world’s development mostly through human beings.
After the War, Bethesda Christian University was founded in 1976 in California by Dr. David Yonggi Cho, who, from the ruins of the land of Korea, began church services from a run-down tent which developed into the world renowned church we know today.
After its foundation, Bethesda Christian University became the most renowned Korean operated university in America through God’s grace for the training of global leaders and pastors, with a Pantecostal spirituality, and with its degrees accredited by the Association of Biblical Higher Education, ABHE, Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools, TRACS.
While being a missionary, I have experienced firsthand the importance of one’s education in the development of both the individual and their country.
Already renowned as a global Korean university, Bethesda Christian University offers to educate students for Christian service and leadership throughout the world, while it has a serious commitment to bring its world-class education to students to develop creativity within the field of each major. Even in the future, BCU will continually strive further to stand as a global Christian university that offers excellence within God’s vision to expand the Kingdom of God in this spiritually-centered America.
