Academic Regulations

1.      After finishing online classes, professors will assign grades to students.

2.      If you would like a second opinion about your grade or would like to request a change, print out the grade correction forms on the website and send them to the main campus within two weeks.

3.      Other issues regarding online courses will be handled according to the school catalog.

4.      If you wish to request certificates or transcripts during the semester, you should download the forms from the website and send them to the school and remit the appropriate fee by credit card or bank account.

Guidelines for Attendance of Main Campus Classes

1.      Students taking online courses can also take any class at the main campus. If the students come from outside the U.S., they should get an I-20 form and F-1 visa from the American embassy. In this case, you should apply two or three months in advance because it takes time to process the visa; this way, you won¡¯t be late for the semester. (I-20 issuance fee to American SEVIS: $100)

2.      If you take courses requiring auditions, the school will guide you to go to colleges in your neighborhood and take the courses there. The credit you get from other schools can be transferred to this school. However, this school will give credits only to those who take classes from schools authorized by Bethesda. Therefore, you should consult with Bethesda before choosing to attend another school. In this case, you can transfer credits only for auditions, and for not any other classes.
